This festival is comprised of two first-rate ensembles performing music by a long list of Dutch Composers.  I took the liberty of providing a link to each composer’s web site (ok, with a few wikipedia links).  So click all over the place and get to know these Dutch creatives.

While I’m speaking of Dutch art, you might want to visit the website of Bas Jan Ader.  A friend of mine, Aaron Ohlmann, worked extensively on this site and the documentary that accompanies it (titled “Here is Always Somewhere Else”).  There are several short experimental films on the site.  The documentary is a very worthwile experience if you are ever able to see it.  You can watch the trailer on the website.

This is “Broken Fall (geometric)” by Bas Jan Ader.
