NAACP Centennial Convention to Feature Newly-Commissioned Musical Works
Meet The Composer, in collaboration with arts activist and educator Dr. Rae Alexander-Minter, has commissioned compositions by Guthrie P. Ramsey Jr. and Paul D. Miller (a.k.a.
